Account Set-up: Important Information

Please review this information carefully when setting up your account so we can ensure to pay you correctly for any work you do with us.

Account Setup

We ask you input the following details to the Staff Portal immediately upon setup:

  • Contact information
  • Bank details
  • Superannuation details (if you have a fund) - if not, one will be created for you with Australian Super
  • Tax information

Information that can be completed later includes:

  • Availability - we can't offer you a role until we know this, but it's not essential to enter immediately
  • Working With Children Check/Blue Card/Working With Valnerable People - depending on state and role, you can still be offered shifts without having this uploaded (you'll need to have it before your role commences though)
  • First Aid Certifications - this is essential to have if you want to work as a Camp Manager, but not any other role (though nice to have).

KeyPay Access to Log Timesheets

Once you add your super, bank, tax details to the Staff Portal you'll be automatically granted access to our Timesheet system Keypay. You will use Keypay to enter timesheets eventually for training so it's important to activate your account and hold onto the login details for later).

NOTE: You don't need to enter a timesheet for any Camp or After School shifts - these are paid automatically through our rostering system. You will only use Keypay for training or pre-approved expenses.

Slack

Immediately following your welcome pack, you'll get access to our company Slack channel. It's important you download the slack app to your phone ahead of any shifts with us. The workspace is teamcodecamp.slack.com if not already signed in - email back if any issues and we can add you manually!

You should also join the Last Minute Jobs channel for your state to pick up extra workand throughout the year (if you're new, a training video may be sent prior to your first shift).

Don't have a Tax File Number (TFN?)

You can still work even if you don't have a Tax File Number, however, without one, we must withhold more tax from payments.

If you don't have a TFN, please apply for one as soon as possible. In the meantime, put '111 111 111' in the TFN section of the portal otherwise we are not able to verify your account.
