My Staff Portal is locked, help me!

If you have locked yourself out of the Staff Portal then try the following:

  1. Ensure the email address you are using is the same one that was given to you in the initial email inviting you to the staff portal.
  2. Click on 'forgot password' in the bottom right corner of the sign in box

  3. Type your email address (ensuring it is the one sent in the initial email) in the box and click "reset password". This will send a link to your email address and you can then try to log back in with the newly created password.

  4. If you still cannot log in, please email us at staff@codecamp.com.au.
