Do I have to transfer my volunteer WWCC to an employee?
Most states will require you to have an Employee WWCC rather than a Volunteer one. To check, please check the state you will be working in below:
NSW:
- Head to the NSW Working with Children Check website to fill out the online WWC Volunteer to Employee Transfer
- Once done, you'll need to submit the forms at Service NSW and have your ID documents checked there as well.
- Please let us know when you have done this, and update us with your application number (starts with 'APP') and payment receipt so we can verify your check.
VIC:
- Head to the VIC Working with Children Check website to fill out the online WWC Volunteer to Employee Transfer
- Please let US know when you have done this, and update us with your application number so we can verify your check.
