What is my pay?

Your pay will depend on several factors including:

• Which role you are offered - Camp Manager, Head Teacher or Teaching Assistant
• If you're a Teaching Assistant under 20 (we pay an award rate based on your age).

Pay rates will be confirmed in contracts that come when you are offered a role, but you can email us at staff@codecamp.com.au if you want to know what the current rate is for a particular role.

A note on Superannuation:

All pay rates have superannuation added on top. Super is paid quartely and a month in arrears. E.g. Super earned in the quarter ending 30th September will be paid at the end in the month of October.

For eligible employees and ordinary time earnings the minimum super guarantee is calculated and applied to the total (gross) amount.

If you do not have a nominated Superannuation Fund on your file at the time we are processing our Employee's Super, you will be set up with a our default fund - Australian Super ABN: 65714394898 USI: STA0100AU. You will be provided with a welcome pack shortly after the initial quarter
