When will I receive Camp job offers?

About 4 weeks before camps are due to begin, the staffing process will begin. As part of this, offers for specific roles at specific camps will start to be sent out to staff who meet the following criteria:

• Have filled in their availability (and are available on the dates we are currently looking to fill)
• Have a valid WWCC and have uploaded the details of this onto the Staff Portal
• Have selected location regions that we are holding camps at

If you have not done the above, then you will not be considered for any roles until you have done so. 

If you have done the above then you will be considered for any roles we have. However, note that there are hundreds of camps that will be needing to be filled and this takes time! Week 1 camps are allocated (normally) before week 2, and week 2 before week 3 and so on. 

Additionally, each state takes time, so it might just be we haven't got to your particular state yet. We also might not have yet got to the particular region(s) in your state that you have selected. Some regions will have lots of camps happening there, so will take longer to allocate, whilst some might only have a few. 

Whilst we will try to do our best to offer you roles as soon as possible, we kindly ask that you remain patient and we will be in touch with any roles we can offer you as soon as we possibly can!
