I stayed back past my shift time to finish publishing but was not paid for it
All staff are expected to complete publishing within their scheduled shift hours.
If you believe publishing may not be completed before your shift ends:
- You must notify your Camp Manager in advance, and
- This must also be communicated to HQ via Slack, including the reason for the delay
Where circumstances outside of your control prevent publishing from being completed on time, and this is communicated and approved, HQ can assess whether additional paid time is appropriate.
If no communication or approved reason is provided, it will be assumed publishing was completed within allocated shift hours and additional time will not be paid.
