I did not get paid for training

Training is only paid where you are eligible, such as: 

• Your first time working as a Head Teacher or Camp Manager (Camps) 
• Your first time working as an After School Facilitator (After School) 

To receive training payment: 

• You must submit a training timesheet in Employment Hero. 
• Instructions are typically sent once you confirm completion of training 

Once submitted and approved, payment will be included in the next fortnightly pay cycle. 

Important: Training payments are processed separately in Employment Hero. As a result, training payment will appear on a separate payslip.
