When will I get paid/Why have I not received my payment yet?

Code Camp payments are processed on a fortnightly pay cycle. 

• Payroll is processed on Mondays 
• Payments are typically received on Thursday or Friday, depending on your bank 

Example: 

If you worked any time between Monday 2 February and Sunday 15 February, that pay would be processed on Monday 16 February and paid on Thursday 19 February or Friday 20 February. 

Before contacting HQ, please check: 

• The pay cycle for your work dates has passed 
• Shifts have been approved 
• Your bank details are correct in the staff portal 

Important: Payment timing is based on the payroll cycle (not exactly two weeks from when you worked), which can cause confusion when calculating expected payment dates. 

If the above has been checked and payment is still missing, please contact HQ and include: 

• Your work dates 
• Camp location 
• Role (e.g. Instructor / Head Teacher / Camp Manager)
