Which program is right for me?
Whilst we don't require any specific degrees to teach our lesson plans, you can find a brief outline below of the experience/skills recommended to teach.
Programs marked with an asterisk (*) are offered in an After School setting as well as camps.
Little Coders*
Ages 5-7. Basic-levle drag-and-drop coding using our custom platform Code Camp World (similar to Scratch) to create a 2D game.
- No coding experience required, just a willingness to learn
- Requires patience (motor sills aren't as developed at this age and instructions may need to be repeated) - prior experience working with young kids desirable
- Enthusiasm and ability to facilitate a fun learning environment
Spark / Coding After School*
Level 1 coding for Ages 7+. Drag-and-drop coding using our custom platform Code Camp World (similar to Scratch) to create a 2D game. Kids will explore functions, algorithms, game logic, user experience.
- Experience in coding useful (but not a prerequisite)
Ignite
Level 2 Coding for Ages 7+. Similar to Spark - students build a 2D game using a combination of drag-and-drop coding via our custom platform Code Camp World + JavaScript.
- Basic JavaScript knowledge recommended
Blast 3D
Level 3 Coding for Ages 7+. Build a 3D game using JavaScript.
- JavaScript knowledge highly recommended
Animation* / Animation Minis
Stop motion Animation - easy-to-follow lesson plan creating a claymation, lego animation or both!
- No prior Animation experience required
- We use Stop Motion Pro to create the animation (optional to download with reimbursement)
- Animation Minis requires understanding of how to work with juniors aged 5-7
AI
All about AI and creating a comic strip using AI technology
- Interest in AI preferred
- Previous experience with programs like ChatGPT useful
Animation* / Animation Minis

- Animation Minis requires understanding of how to work with juniors aged 5-7
Curious Minds*
STEM-based program for ages 5-7. No tech involved asside from teaching presentation. Activities are science experiment or craft-based.
- Ability to engage kids aged 5-7
- Requires a bubbly and engaging presenter with the ability to bounce off teaching presentation, ask kids questions and get them excited about science and tech
Design*
A mix of graphic design, fashion design and interior design.
- No formal design experience required, just an interest
- Experience with Canva useful
- Basic drawing skills useful
DJ
Students will create a remix of a song using beginner Pioneer DJ decks and a tablet. Your class will also create a DJ name, logo, poster, merch design and perform at the end of camp at Codechella!
- Music editing skills recommended (such as with GarageBand)
- Interest in music and ability to get kids out of their shell
- Experience with Canva useful
Drone
Teach kids to fly a drone, share about drone saftey and how drones are used in every day life.
- Experience flying a drone strongly recommended
- Ability to complete 2 hours of paid training + obtain a commercial licence (free to get online)
- Role requires high awareness of saftey and ability to command the attention of a class - it is reccomended you have prior experience working with children to teach Drone
Minecraft Engineers* / Minecraft Masters / Minecraft Minis
An exciting blend of coding, engineering and creativity designed to pique curiosity and provide a foundation in programming via Minecraft Education.
- Experience in or familiarity with Minecraft/Minecraft Education preferred
- Ability to download Minecraft Edutation onto your device
- Minecraft Minis requires understanding of how to engage juniors aged 5-7
Get Crafty
Offline camps (asside from teaching presentation), with three crafty options:
- Crochet, knitting, macrome - experience in any/all areas strongly preferred
- Illustrate a Graphic Novel - skills in illustration or drawing strongly preferred
- Build A House - nothing but creative flare required
- Class sizes are generally bigger for Get Crafty so experience working with kids is highly desireable.
Roblox
"Choose Your Own Adventure" game-creation camp using the Roblox platform with some coding involved on the final day.
- Experience with Roblox recommended
- Ability to complete 2 hours of paid training
Robotics*
Program an 'Edison' robot - students will use basic coding concepts including variables, loops and 'if' statements to make their new robot friend come to life.
- Experience in robotics or beginner coding reccommended
Web Builders
Teaching students to build their own website using HTML, CSS and JavaScript on a topic of their choice, such as an animal or movie.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript recommended
YouTube Creators
Take students through planning, filming and editing two YouTube-style videos; A 'Game Review' and 'How To...' video. We use an iPhone for filming and web-based program WeVideo for editing.
- Video editing experience recommended
- General understanding of YouTube-style videos
- Ability to multi-task and run several filming/editing stations
- Experience with Canva useful
