NSW WWCC

In order to complete paid work with Code Camp, you will need a Paid (Employee) Working With Children Check in order to legally work in this capacity.  If you have a Volunteer category check, you will need to transfer your check to the Employee category. Both a first time application and a Transfer must be initiated online, following these steps:

  1. Head to the NSW Working with Children Check website to fill out the online WWC application form OR WWC Volunteer to Employee Transfer
  2. Once done, you'll need to go into a Service NSW branch in person to submit the forms, pay the fee and have your ID documents checked.
  3. Please update your staff profile with your application number (starts with 'APP') and payment receipt so we can verify your check.
