How to upload my COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

How to download your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate:

  1. Login to your Medicare app
  2. Go to "Proof of Vaccinations"
  3. Click "Immunisation History" > "View History"
  4. Under the COVID-19 Digital Certificate section, click "View COVID-19 digital Certificate"
  5. You can then screenshot it or save to files
  6. Once saved you are ready to upload the certificate to your Code Camp Staff Profile

How to upload to the staff portal:

  1. Login to your staff account here
  2. Go to "My Profile"
  3. Under "Certifications" find the "Vaccination" line and click "Add"
  4. Select "Covid-19" as the type and under "Vaccination date" put the date of your last vaccination (the date the certificate says it's valid from)
  5. Click "Choose File" and upload your saved COVID-19 digital Certificate
  6. Click "ok" to save

To add your booster certificate:

  1. Login to your staff account here
  2. Go to "My Profile"
  3. Under "Certifications" find the "Vaccination" line and click "Add"
  4. Select "Covid-19" as the type and under "Vaccination date" put the date of your last vaccination (the date the certificate says it's valid from)
  5. Click "Choose File" and upload your saved COVID-19 digital Certificate
  6. Click "ok" to save

This will mean you have two uploads - one to show your first two vaccinations and one to show your booster vaccinations (note that you do not need to upload evidence of your booster if it is part of your initial COVID-19 Certificate - i.e. it has the first vaccinations and the booster shown).

Alternatively, if you have one certificate that shows all vaccinations, including your booster, please just upload the one. (You can always delete any others you may have previously uploaded.)
