How does the Referral Program work?
If you refer an amazing new staff member to Code Camp, you can get a $30 gift voucher!
Simply ask the person they're referring to email us at staff@codecamp.com.au with:
- An introduction about themselves - including why they feel they are suitable for a role with Code Camp
- A copy of their CV/resume
- The full name (and email if possible) of the person that referred them.
If the referee makes it through the recruitment process and successfully works their first set of assigned shifts - be a camp or after school course, the referrer will receive a $30 gift card*. This amount will not be recognised until the referee completes their first camp/after school course for us.
Note that the full camp/course assigned must be completed by the referee. Single assigned days do not count. It must be for a full camp - 2 days minimum, or after school course of at least 3+ sessions remaining (noting that the full duration of said camp/course must be attended - e.g. 2 days of a 3 day camp, or 3 sessions of a 4 week course, will not count).
Referrers are not limited to the amount of people they can refer to us. However, note that referrals will not be successful if they:
a) Do not make it through our recruitment stage.
b) Do not attend all days of their first assigned camp/ all shifts of the course assigned. I.e. they pull-out/are ill.
c) Do not work at any camps or after school courses.
At the end of each season and end of each school term, the total gift card value that each referrer is entitled to will be calculated and a gift card* for the total amount will be emailed over to the referrer.
This means that should you successfully refer one person, you will receive a $30 voucher. Two people would equate to one $60 voucher, and so on.
*All referrals made from Summer 2021/22 prior to 08/08/2022 are eligible for the old $20 referral bonus instead.
*All referrals made prior to 08/08/2022 are only for staff who work camps and not after school courses as their first shift.
*The gift card is most likely to be, but not limited to, an UberEats gift card.
