Do I need to put all of my information into the Staff Portal at the same time?

Simply put, no.

When you are invited to the Staff Portal you will initially need to login and fill out your contact details and emergency contact details as a starting point. You can then log out, if you wish, and fill in the other information when suits. 

We'd then recommend ensuring that your WWCC and First Aid (if needed) is on the Staff Portal. Just because without these (particularly WWCC) you will not be able to be considered for any roles. This will also be a good time to upload your Right to Work and Photo ID, as they are all under the same section.

Your availability and location preferences are always good to input as soon as you know, because again, we won't be able to assign you any roles if we do not know when you are free/where you are able to work!

Finally, and most importantly for you, your payment details. These will need to be added before your first camp has finished in order to ensure you get paid correctly and on time. If you do not have a Superannuation account we will automatically create one for you. However, please note that this means if you leave this blank but DO have a superannuation account already, your super may be paid into the new account we create, so please ensure you fill this in if you wish for your super to be paid into your existing account.

Your tax declaration will also need to be signed as part of this. If you do not have a TFN that's fine, you will just need to ensure that you have this entered on the system by time you have finished your first camp and pay is processed. If not, your pay will be delayed until this is entered.
