How to upload my First Aid certifications to the Staff Portal
To ensure we have your most up-to-date First Aid certificates on file, please follow the steps below to upload them:
- Login to the Staff Portal and go to "My Profile"
- Go to the "Certifications" section (as shown below).
- Next to "First Aid" click "add"
- Under "Type" select which First Aid certificate you will be uploading (note you can upload more than one, so just do the first one)
- Put in the expiry date
- Upload the certificate (*Note that you will not be able to submit without uploading the file).
- Click ok to submit.
- You can then upload a second certificate (if you have it, by clicking on add and following the same steps). If you have two qualifications on the same certificate (e.g. CPR and First Aid), upload them as two separate certificates so we can see that you not only have both, but can also see the expiry of each of them (normally CPR is only a year validity and First Aid will be three years, so they will have different expiry dates)
- * Note that you can only add more than one certificate if the other certificate is a different type (i.e. HLTAID009 and HLTAID011). You cannot add two certifications of the same type (e.g. two HLTAID009 certificates) but in this instance, you should just delete the older version and replace it with the most recent one.
- All uploaded First Aid qualifications will then show under the "First Aid" section. Should you wish to edit the certificate at any time, just click "edit".
- We will then be able to see this at HQ and know you have successfully uploaded your First Aid
